MM-Sustainability Trisakti University is a Master Degree Program specializing in Sustainability. We previously named MM-CSR Trisakti University, but as many people misperceived CSR was only donations and philanthropy, we decided to transform this to Sustainability Education. We are under the umbrella of CECT (Center for Entrepreneurship, Change and Third Sector) Trisakti University. CECT was established in 2001 as a research center as well as a CSR and Sustainability Consultant under the umbrella organization of Post Graduate School Trisakti University (Pascasarjana Universitas Trisakti) and ratified under Rector’s Decree on October 2002. It was established as a result of the first collaborative research between Trisakti University and the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Network (APPIN) project funded by the Ford Foundation in January 2001. The APPIN research focused on Indonesia’s Third Sector Organizations (TSOs) as well as philanthropic organizations. It also identified organizations under the umbrella of the Third Sector. This collaborative research at Pasca Sarjana-USAKTI was coordinated by Dr. Maria R. Nindita Radyati and supervised by Prof. Dr. Thoby Mutis. We believe, through MM-Sustainability we are able to contribute and achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the areas of quality education and innovation, strong institution, partnership for the goals; and prosperity of the nation.
