Wells County Public Library provides the communities it serves with access, knowledge and growth supporting research, popular interests and lifelong learning. The library is a county library servicing our 27,000+ residents through two facilities in Bluffton and Ossian. Our 130,000+ collections is available in a variety of formats, including print, audio, video, music, electronic, and digital online resources. The library offers a wide variety of programming for all ages and also provides meeting rooms for public use.
