KELRA Consultants is an interdisciplinary Architectural and Forensic consulting firm, providing services to the legal, construction, building owner, insurance carrier and design professional communities. KELRA has extensive experience investigating the performance of all components of building exterior envelopes including foundations and slabs-on-grade; exterior walls and roofs of all types and configurations; and, doors and windows. KELRA assists design professionals and contractors during the design development phase, assisting in the integration of waterproofing, flashing, air barriers, vapor barriers, sealant and other critical components in the exterior building envelope design.
