The Mani Company was established as a limited liability company in 1990 with the share capital of two private founders. Activities referring to the Company's own real estate, developing projects of preparation, financing, construction and management of real estate. The commercial real estate comprises business buildings, logistic warehouses, malls, hotel complexes with the corresponding facilities and our Department for Relations with Citizens deals with projects and construction of urban villas. We prepare the construction of real estate for rentals and sales, including legal and tax models which are most suitable to the buyers, we manage our own and other persons' real estate and companies (facility and property management). We provide services of project management, consulting and organization of activities referring to the complete construction of business, shopping and housing facilities. The above stated services comprise the activities referring to: • analysis of town-planning parameters of possible construction • plan designing • organization of tenders, organization of town-planning and architectural projects • obtaining necessary legal building permits and certificates of occupancy All the services comprise the complete co-ordination with all the participants in the project and construction works.
