OSIEC (Overseas Social Impact & Environmental Consultants, an African Company, is created to promote Environmental & Social Gouvernance for public & Private projects. We, OSIEC, are focusing on Energy Projects (Thermal, Wind, Biomass and Solar Power plant), High Voltage Transmission Line Projects, and Infrastructure projects (Airports, Ports, Hospitals, Universities, Roads and Bridges). Our main activities are : - Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) according to local regulation and national procedure but also is line with IFC PS and World Bank Guidelines ; - Development & implementation of Resettlement Action Plans and/or Livelihood Restoration Plans, according to IFC PS ; - Development & implementation of Environmental & Social Management System and on site environmental and social supervision (construction & operation phases); - Environmental & Social monitoring ; - Environmental & Social Due diligence according to IFC PS and WB Guidelines. Our geographical area is Africa in general and West Africa in particular.
