AMANO is an active stakeholder in· the maritime industry, comprising graduates of the Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron. The Alumni proactively seek to foster a bi-partisan relationship between the Academia and practitioners in the maritime industry as well as -encouraging intellectual and emotional ties between members and the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron and other maritime institutions. Members of the Alumni are presently experts in diverse sectors of the maritime and related industry including Oil & Gas, Shipping, Transportation, Nuclear Power, Engineering, Freight forwarding, Port management, Information Technology, Oil spills, Classification Societies, Navigation, Maritime Law, Company founders and CEO’s, Energy and Utilities in various parts of the world.
