Our concept is unique from that of many other companies, we do not offer a showroom. Instead, we offer an exclusive in-home design service (we bring the showroom to you). Not only does this concept have many benefits, it is also the best place to get to know you, your lifestyle and to get a real feel for the space. At Raison Home UK, we believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do. We really listen to your wants and needs, co-piloting with you to design your dream kitchen or bathroom. We simply treat people how we would like to be treated. We understand having any renovations done in your home can be a stressful time so we will take full responsibility for project managing this from start to finish and beyond. Even when the project is complete I will still always be available to assist you in any way. When visiting your home, we will normally break this down into two appointments: Appointment 1 - Getting to know you, your lifestyle and to measure. We will ask many questions to get the best accuracy and how you use your space day to day. We’ll talk colours, styles and layouts. Appointment 2 - Presentation of your kitchen/bathroom. Everything discussed in the previous appointment will now come to life, please remember anything can be amended as much as you’d like. I will also provide a no-obligation quote at this stage.
