He has worked as a Network and Systems Administrator, Security Analyst, and several Project Manager and leadership positions at Group level in a large multinational retail company (30,000 employees over 33 countries). Jon obtained an MCSE in 1997, and an MCDBA in 2001 in addition to certifications in configuration and administration of firewalls from Watchguard and Checkpoint, and in Citrix administration. As an experienced Project manager, he has obtained PMP (Project Management Professional), and a strong interest in IT Security and business resilience led him to solidify his knowledge with both CASP+ (Advanced Security Practitioner) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Jon offers expertise in IT project management, business resilience and IT security and Infrastructure management.
