To this aim, we provide know-how, extensive laboratory services (ISO 17025) and product development for supporting the food industry, their suppliers and the retailers in producing and marketing foods that are safe as well as protected from untimely spoilage: FOOD SAFETY:  Challenge tests with pathogenic microorganisms as L. monocytogenes, Campylobacter, Salmonella, C. botulinum, verotoxin-producing Escherichia coli (VTEC): In our class L3* laboratory and pilot plant facilities, we have the option of testing relevant food pathogens in model systems (in vitro) as well as in food products.  Development of protective solutions for optimising safety.
