Located between the provincial capitol of Victoria and the City of Nanaimo, Duncan is home to a population of approximately 5,000 residents and serves as an economic hub for the Cowichan Region, which has a population of approximately 80,000. Duncan provides healthcare, retail services, professional services, and cultural tourism to the growing Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD).
