TwoEXtend offers a comprehensive suite of services geared towards the implementation and on-going management of Extended Service and Replacement contracts. Our clients include retailers, associations and small companies that wish to provide their customers with added value protection for the products they sell. We develop programs that are tailored to each client that facilitate our management of the risk our clients would otherwise carry to offer ESC's to their customers. We partner with clients either as the administrator (program manager) or as consultants to implement a complete program based on maximizing profitability through six key components (Effective Marketing, Training, Communications, Goals, Performance/Accountability, Compensation and Sales Incentives, Non-Financial Rewards). As part of a complete program or if desired as a separate component we manage third party repair vendors to ensure optimal execution in the delivery of services. In some programs where the consumer good is replaced rather than serviced, we offer to clients our services in recovering additional profitability by managing the sales channel for refurbished goods. We provide a total turn key solution to clients in their desire to offer their customers product protection plans that are designed to drive customer satisfaction while achieving our clients' greater profitability. In building credibility for the ESC offering and thereby strengthening the value proposition to customers is a key goal of our programs. In this matter, we ensure proper actuarial accountability for the offering and the utilization of custom matched insurance companies in the underwriting process.
