History & Philosophy: Karēlia Health was originally founded in 1985. We are a work-site wellness company dedicated to the prevention of cadiovascular disease, diabetese, and obesity among at-risk employee populations. We work closely with hundreds of companies to promote True Health through interactive education. Using a hands-on and participation driven approach, we engage with employees through every stage of the process, resulting in immediate and sustainable lifestyle changes.
