It covers combatives (punches, kicks etc), self defence techniques, ground fighting and defences against attacks with common weapons. Krav Maga techniques are based on our body's instinctive reactions to threats. They are designed to be as simple as possible, which makes them easy to learn and apply in a stressful situation. We put a lot of focus on stress testing the moves when training, to make sure that our students are capable of executing them when they are surprised, fatigued or in a position of disadvantage.
