We are focused on investing in companies that reflect our best vision for our future, changing and shaping the world for the better. We want more entrepreneurs, more investors, more leaders and more innovators around the world. We tend to focus on investing in companies that are technology driven and whose product or service has a potential to disrupt an existing technology and in doing so create meaningful impact and in the process, making the world a better place. We understand that building a great company takes time and that’s why we invest only for the long-term (which is the only term that counts) in these businesses. We are looking for the best businesses available in publicly listed markets that are managed either by founder-led and owned leaders or strong experienced professional managers. These companies are often well established, well positioned or well poised to disrupt a potential large market opportunity supported by structural long term tailwinds. We love businesses that have strong competitive advantages, scalable, exhibit strong operating leverage, have strong recurring and growing revenues, complete with strong management ability to execute. We are market cap / country / sector agnostic. Ultimately the companies we invest have to pass the snap test. We know and understand our circle of competence and strictly avoid companies and industries that do not exhibit any of the above. We refrain from investing in companies that can harm our environment and society in the long-term, create products to harm others and feed on addiction. We are a strictly long-only equities only fund and we do not employ any leverage, short-selling, foreign exchange hedging or the use of any derivatives or options to enhance portfolio returns.
