It all started in 2003, when our founder and chairman, Shreekant Pai Bir was approached by previous Hotel Blessings owner to take over the operations and management of their hotel. They knew it would be in good hands and signed a contract for 10 years. With very low occupancy rate of 20-30%, the hotel was renovated and rejuvenated by providing comfort and luxury as a standard in each room resulting into 70% to 100% occupancy rate increase. Through this hard work and dedication, our group ventured into other businesses and our latest venture - Copperleaf - is an award winning one of the best restaurant in Goa.
