JCR stands for ‘Junior Common Room’, a group made up of all the undergraduate students at Trevelyan College, Durham. Known for its legendary friendliness, the JCR is lucky enough to have many student volunteers. Together, they organise societies, committees and events throughout the academic year. This gives our students a chance to learn the ins-and-outs of everything from marketing to accounting but, most importantly, ensures a great student experience for everyone in the college.
