PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (“PPI”) or hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, is one of the SOEs’ subsidiaries, namely PT Pertamina (Persero) or “Pertamina”. Historically, the Company was first established as a strategic holding company of Pertamina on October 26, 2016 which assigned to running, controlling, managing business activities in the areas of energy to power with the basis of new and renewable energy (“NRE”) owned by Pertamina, both domestically and overseas. The Company continues to run its business professionally by implementing sound corporate business practices that always prioritize the principles of Good Corporate Governance in every aspect of its business and daily operations in order to be able to deliver a sustainable added value to the Company’s Stakeholders. As part of Pertamina Group, the Company utilizes the strong synergy that has been established with Pertamina so that the Company has an optimistic view to be a major player in the field of gas-based power business and NRE, including captive power business and NRE to power business in Indonesia.
