Gelu makes premium Italian Ices, using real fruit when possible. We have perfected our recipes over the last 8 years and once you taste our ices, you'll want, no, you'll NEED more!! Gelu is fat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan, meeting most any dietary requirement. Our products are sold mainly from food trucks, and we currently have about a dozen licensees in the Houston area, as well as Waco, Dallas, Texarkana, and San Diego CA. We are in growth mode and are looking to build and expand our brand throughout the southern US.
