The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas (SPCA of Texas) is the leading animal welfare agency in North Texas with two shelters and two spay/neuter clinics located in Dallas and Ellis Counties and serves as an active resource center providing an array of programs and services that bring people and animals together to enrich each other's lives. A comprehensive animal welfare agency, the SPCA of Texas is not affiliated with any other entity and does not receive general operating funds from the City of Dallas, State of Texas, federal government, or any other humane organization. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to the welfare of animals and people programs. Every time you support the SPCA of Texas—whether by coming out to our wonderful events, through a donation, by volunteering your time or by simply spreading the word about the great work we do— you support the dogs and cats (and rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, goats and more) and people we serve. We’re the voice for the animals who cannot speak for themselves. And we humbly thank you for making our work possible.
