Alluring Concepts was founded in 2004 by Alysha Siciliano Perry. We are a full design and build construction firm with an emphasis on architectural design and overall structure and environmental beautification. We are currently one of the only all female run construction firms in the area and pride ourselves on dominating in a historically male-only sector. Alluring Concepts has completed over 50 projects with 6 projects currently under construction. Alysha established Alluring Concepts after achieving her B.A. in Art History and Architectural Design, Master's Degree in Interior Design NESAD at Suffolk University. Using these degrees and her passion for interior design and architecture, she established a successful firm focused on interior design and advocating our client’s wants and expectations to their contractor. After 10 years of being a liaison between her clients and their contractors, Alysha went on to obtain her unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License in the State of Massachusetts catapulting Alluring Concepts into a full design and build firm. Alluring’s clients are now able to deal with one firm that speaks both “interior design” AND “contractor” language.
