Founded by Wings Strategic Management Sdn Bhd in 2003 with the vision “To become the most respected and profitable organic waste treatment firm by providing sustainable value creations to our customers and stakeholders”, the Company is in the business providing industrial strength organic waste treatment solutions that employ integrated bio-technology and enhance aerobic composting techniques to treat organic wastes and converting them into specific blends of bio-organic fertilisers (“BOF”) that have proven and established market value. These blends BOF are essential and used in organic farming, horticulture, cash crops and plantations of palm oil, rice, rubber, tea and other agricultural produce. The Company currently own and operates 2 Inno-Works® plants, acts as research and development hubs and operational training centers (skill transfer for participants of Inno-Works® Program) Inno-Works® Program, which is an open collaborative Public Private Partnership deployment framework for Inno-Works® Plants (consists of integration of proven and established technologies/practices from bio-tech, waste treatment, alternate energy production, agronomic management/practices, information technology, Clean Development Mechanism and precision agriculture practices), has been nominated and selected by Malaysian Ministry of Science as one of the Malaysian Government’s Bio-Economy Transformation Program for the oil palm industry in 2012.
