About Mint Leaf's CEO: Born in the North, raised in the South, and transplanted to the West Coast, Mint Leaf’s CEO, Taylor Diakoff is a disciplined entrepreneur and marketing professional that specializes in social media marketing. She enjoys building relationships and automating systems. While attending college, going for her degree in Business Management, Taylor became well versed in direct marketing, sales, and team building while working for AT&T. After graduating, she switched gears and went on to work directly with Facebook, where she optimized the proficiency of search engines, newsfeeds, and topical data, consistently exceeding expectations, resulting in early contact developments for the social media giant. While working for Facebook, Taylor began freelancing and consulting for various small business owners, providing innovative media marketing strategies tailored to produce leads in their respected industry and market. In January of 2016, Taylor moved to Los Angeles and started working with real estate investors on a W2 and 1099 capacity in an entrepreneurial style. While living in Los Angeles, Taylor built her network and began working with several real estate investors and educators running meetups and REIA groups, note investors, house flippers, wholesalers, and even agents. Taylor built a referral network of contacts whom she had had the pleasure of working with or referred business to herself. She has built brands, websites, social media influence, and marketing funnels around her clients goals to generate exposure or conversion to leads for students, motivated sellers or motivated buyers via content marketing, SEO, and PPC. Taylor’s long-term goal is to become financially free by creating passive residual income through real estate investments. Her dream is to explore hiking trails in foreign countries and learn to deep sea dive.
