His professional background is in geographic information systems, having earned his Bachelor's Degree in Analytical Geography from Binghamton University in 1996. After 14+ years of higher education, professional and personal experience in the PC-compatible computer field, he is well-equipped to support others in repairing and maintaining their machines.
