Women of Architecture (WOA!) was founded by emerging professionals in the capital region, dedicated to championing women throughout their careers in architecture and related fields. WOA! also works to promote local achievement by the local design, development and construction community. By engaging a larger community, WOA! is able to support a culture of equity and diversity within our profession in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. WOA! encourages women to build on their skill sets through organizing opportunities for professional development, networking, mentorship and guidance, and creating a platform for open conversation.
