PARD is one of the biggest professional associations in the stock market of Ukraine, which was established in 1996 and since then it committed to serving the needs of its wide range of members representing both all national depository institutions and securities traders. It operates as the self-regulatory organization for the depository and securities trading activities. Working actively with its members, NGOs, and Government institutions, PARD focuses on a comprehensive range of capital market issues, which affect market practices in a view of Global tendencies.
