Our community is composed of entrepreneurs with expertise on a specific topic and each single member is/was an entrepreneur. Groupe STRATOS was founded in 2020 with the merger of 2 other companies created 10 & 20 years ago. Main focuses: - Fund raisings through our network of +500 investors (France & International) - Mergers & Acquisitions - Financial audits (M&A, valuation of companies, due diligence...) - Financial analysis - Strategy & business development - Outsourced board member - Trainings (commercial development & finance) We've also developed an offer dedicated to early stage startups providing them with services. We invest into 2 to 4 startups each year.
