Leisure Villas was formed in 2000 in order to meet the housing desires of today’s more active retirees. Since then we have developed ten communities totaling more than 1000 homes, designed around the particular wants and needs of active Seniors. Each maintenance-free community features abundant landscaping, secure perimeter fencing, and a large clubhouse with a pool, exercise facility, theater, and party room.
