Ocean Prefab is a solutions-based company that aims to engage the demands of fast-paced, weather-dependent, and site-restrictive construction head on through the use of exterior prefabricated panels. We are a proud affiliate of StoPanel Technology, aligning ourselves with an innovative international company that puts their resources behind creating the most cutting-edge panels on the market. StoPanels are lightweight pre-fabricated exterior wall panels that attach to steel and concrete structures in a curtainwall application. Built off-site in a certified manufacturing facility, the panels are cold-formed metal studs, sheathing, air barrier, insulation, and a variety of claddings and finishes. No matter the owner’s needs, these panels can provide the desired look as they come finished with EIFS, metal panel, fiber cement, masonry, precast, as well as increasingly more new Sto systems such as EcoShapes. StoPanel has also partnered with Pella and Kawneer so that windows can come installed in the panels as well, further helping to dry in the building as quickly as possible. Once installed on the structure by a 8-person Ocean Prefab team, the rest of the trades are released to begin constructing the interior of the building as the exterior is now complete and protected from the elements.
