The delegation of Uniandes HNMUN is the student group that represents the University of Los Andes and Colombia at the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN), one of the most competitive and prestigious Model United Nations in the world. Through debate and diplomacy, students cooperate to find solutions to the world's most complicated issues, in the scope of different UN agencies, committees and organizations. The problematics include issues such as, the migrant crisis in Venezuela, the empowerment of women and girls, and the application of the seventeen sustainable development goals of the United Nations worldwide. The main goal of our student group is the formation of young empathetic and authentic leaders, personal growth achieved through excellence and the representation of Colombia and our university at this conference.
