Founded in 2003, Talent International Institute (TII) offers General English, English for Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQNs), NZCEL Level 3 & 4, New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying) Level 6, and New Zealand Diploma in IT (Technical Support) Level 5 programmes to the New Zealand domestic and international students. TII offers after school and holidays programmes. TII after school programme called study support centre runs in partnership with Ministry of Education (MoE). TII offers industry training programmes in partnership with Ministry of Social Development (MSD), namely Skills for Industry (SFI) programme and Driver Licensing Programme (DLP). TII is situated at the heart of Christchurch City. It operates from the Old Law Courts building, now known as Huadu New Zealand Education Centre (HNZEC). TII is owned by Huadu International Management Group which has large operations in construction, retail, media and healthcare sectors.
