TeachUNITED is a global non-profit dedicated to reducing poverty and inequality through education and elevating teachers. We focus on rural, remote, or underserved communities where educational disparities are most acute. We partner with schools in Africa, Latin America, and the United States. We partner with rural schools for an transformative two-year program that includes teacher coaching, a robust training program, peer learning communities, and mobile off-the-grid technology. TeachUNITED delivers an arsenal of tools and support to help our partner schools join the ranks of the most successful schools on earth. Once the two-year program is complete, schools become part of the global TeachUNITED network, where alumni teachers mentor the next cohort of educators to create long-term, sustainable change. Education transforms the local communities we serve. It also provides tangible solutions to some of the world’s most persistent challenges, including poverty, climate change, and health and gender inequality.
