Ruby Little was born from the collaboration of a small group of passionate coffee folk, all connected by a common purpose… Coffee Excellence, simply put = delicious coffee and our passionate pursuit; we locate coffees, partner with producers and roast with quality in mind. Community, not so simple, it’s dynamic and it’s challenging; to us it means caring for people we cross paths with, both local and global, both coffee-specific and otherwise. Shared experience, we just believe it’s better that way; through collaboration we think exciting progress can be made to improve the coffee industry and the people somehow connected to it. The aim for us is to be as relevant as possible to the individuals and groups we partner with; so for the farmers we source coffee from, it means we look to better understand their challenges, consider our impact on their communities and make a positive contribution in whichever way we can; for people passionate about a career in the coffee industry, it means providing training, support and education paths that open-up exciting opportunities; for café partners, it’s about listening and working together to achieve great results; and for those who love a delicious coffee… Welcome to Ruby Little…
