Granite Property Management Company (GPMC) is a Northeast-Ohio based professional property management firm, with a current focus on larger (over 100 units) multifamily rental communities. GPMC was formed in 2005 by Jeffery Linker (see Principals page), who personally has over 30 years of experience in the multifamily apartment industry. GPMC has created a "big company" platform for property management, within a small, hands-on organization.
