While we have partnered with Carpet One retail for over fifty years, we have also expanded our service offering to include everything that a commercial or residential customer might need, from kitchen and bath remodels, water and fire-damage renovation projects, REAL hardwood installations, to luxury vinyl tile and granite/counter top installations where quality is remembered long after price is forgotten. Our showrooms in Roseville and Chico work on projects throughout Northern California. We have partnered with professionals who share our commitment to quality service and that keeps us a step above the competition. Ken Mann was the pioneer of the business, starting in 1962. He started in the furniture business and moved into flooring in the 1970s. Ken’s sons Kelly and Earl took over the family business in 1987. The company grew into custom builders and light commercial accounts alongside the retail operation. We secured a property and built our own location in 1996 at 1109 Smith Lane in Roseville, which is where we are currently located. At the time, our primary function was sales and installation of flooring product. Since moving into our current location, we have grown into a larger, more all-encompassing team. Now, the company has two commercial teams, a retails division, several outside salespeople, flooring services, in house custom countertop services, and kitchen & bath remodeling services. But we don’t plan to stop there! In the future, we hope to also service new construction builds of manufactured & modular homes. We surround ourselves with qualified people that can lead their positions and deliver results. The biggest part of how we grow is the people that reside within our systems and structure.
