Novatek is a small IT firm that has a strong background in supporting small and medium businesses throughout NZ. Our mission is to alleviate IT pressures by providing outsourced IT support and service, and assisting onsite IT teams with device management, implementation, and support overflow. We have a dedication support team that troubleshoot and support end users remotely, and a team of field engineers that travel to onsite jobs where required.
