I believe that the best defense is a good offense. The more you make the state work and believe that you are ready, willing and able to go to trial, the better off your client will be in the end. In addition, if my client wants to take it all the way to trial, this strategy makes sure that I am prepared to fight. I have more than 14 years of experience handling criminal cases. When possible, I use my sharp negotiation skills to achieve a reduction or even a dismissal of charges - sometimes without my clients ever having to go to court. However, I am at home in the courtroom, fully prepared to protect my clients' rights at trial or by filing motions to suppress evidence.
