We have set it up because we believe we can make a difference in this market using the combination of our career experiences and our passion for exceptional customer service. We are Claire and Duncan Watt. Between us we have 35 years first hand experience in Finance, Transformation and Recruitment. As a qualified accountant, Claire is an experienced CFO, MD and Transformation Director, with a career at BT, JTI, Pfizer & AstraZeneca. Duncan is an experienced recruiter having previously worked at Investigo and Michael Page, as well as having run his own consultancy providing advice in all aspects of recruitment, from CV and interview preparation through to recruitment process transformation. Having lived and worked in the UK and Asia we have always believed we could make a difference to both clients and candidates by combining our knowledge and experience. We are passionate about customer service and will always do what we say we will do, providing the service that our clients and candidates should expect. We are honest and straightforward; if we can’t do something, we will say so but will also offer alternatives and creative thinking. We will provide a personal service; our clients and candidates will be dealing with us directly at every stage of the process.
