CodeWhite offers consulting services in the HP Software BSM suite - namely the BSM, RUM, SiteScope, Operations Manager, Network Node Manager, uCMDB, DDM-I/A etc. They can deliver engineering skills in any and all of these products in any capacity: installation; tuning; customisation; upgrades, integrations and other. Lately they have been called upon to enhance the integrations between products as they have been known to work wonders when no one else thought it even possible. In additional to the traditional consulting services CodeWhite also has an Application Managed Service offering whereby they will wholly look after any of the applications. In this, they ensure they are running correctly with regular health checks, upgrading, patching, etc. If two products have support with us then they manage the integration between them at no additional cost. Alternatively, if they only manage one of the products then they can manage external integrations as required. This way they take on the responsibility of managing the applications so organisations wouldn't have to even give it a second thought as to whether they were running correctly or not.
