I am a seasoned healthcare executive and a certified life coach. I work with healthcare executives and physician leaders to help them identify their strengths and passions and couple them for success. I bring together coaching, mentoring and consulting for a unique and successful method of helping healthcare leaders find success and joy in their life and leadership roles. I work with individuals privately but also engage with businesses, either on retainer or a commissioned project. Having been in healthcare management at senior levels for over 30 years, I understand the pressures companies face and am able to articulate and address that in my coaching assignments. And, while I maintain the integrity of the coaching assignment, I work with the decision-makers on corporate assignments to make sure they get substantial feedback on coaching sessions and work to address the target areas for the individual coachees. I am successful both corporately and privately because I care and have a profound passion to see levels excel.
