2nd Chance Treatment Center is the first of its kind in Arizona. We are full-service outpatient clinics for Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders and co-occurring psychiatric disorders using the most up-to-date and evidence-based medical and psychiatric treatments including Medication-Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorders. We also provide treatment for general mental health conditions. Our goal is to help ensure effective and long-lasting recovery, with increased retention rates, improved outcomes and fewer chances of relapse. We accept most major commercial insurances, Medicare, and AHCCCS (Medicaid) plans to ease the financial burden health care can often put on patients and their families and offer an in-house laboratory for convenience and affordability. We also offer a self-pay option and accept Worker's Compensation. We offer multiple convenient locations across the valley with easy access for patients in Phoenix, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Surprise, Scottsdale, Tempe and other surrounding cities.
