Sean earned a Masters of Educational Psychology from Baylor University in 2005. That same year he became licensed to practice psychology. In addition, he is a Certified Advanced Addiction Counselor (CAADC) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Sean has since grown his practice to include five other clinicians and offer additional services to further provide for the individuals in the community. MISSION To provide timely and accurate psychological services with the utmost integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards. Grand Rapids Counseling Services is Kent County's premier agency specializing in court-related psychological services. GRCS offers a number of classes, groups, and assessments. Grand Rapids Counseling Services (GRCS) employs evidenced-based practices supported and approved by the U.S. Department of Human Services – Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) by providing timely and accurate psychological services with the utmost integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards. Services Offered: - Individual, couples, group, and family therapy - Clinicians at GRCS are certified to perform a number of assessments, including Drivers License Appeal, Substance Abuse Evaluations and DOT/SAP. - Classes offered include Marijuana Education, Alcohol Highway Safety Education, and Retail Fraud/Economic Crime Education. - Various groups are offered at GRCS including: Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, Alternatives to Violence.
