A Safe Place Inside Your Head is a non-profit community outreach organization created to serve the mental health community bringing self-awareness through social media channels. Our mission is to create ‘a safe place’ on these social channels where others can engage in mental health discussions without the stigma behind it. We do this by providing free resources from mental health brands and small content creators to our active users who don't have financial resources to seek help. We rise by lifting others up so we can be a force for good and can be an integral part of changing lives.
