We're an organic, fermented, raw food and drink manufacturer based in Manchester. We're passionate about food provenance & quality and how what we eat & drink relates closely to how we think & feel. We hand-make a unique range of products using traditional fermentation techniques, resulting in amazing-tasting foods and drinks that are full of probiotics, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help promote and support good health as part of a well balanced, varied diet. We only ever use organic ingredients, locally sourced where possible. We package only in glass, never plastic. We don't use heat treatment or pasteurisation in any of our products and we never will. We don't use any artificial flavourings, additives, chemicals, preservatives, colours or stabilisers in anything that we make and we never will. And most importantly, we follow proper, lengthy fermentation timescales to create real, living foods and drinks.
