The Association of Texas Appraisers is organized for education, charitable purposes, and protecting the interests of all professional appraisers in Texas. The purposes of this organization are to provide opportunities for continuing education and professional association for real estate appraisers and other interested parties within the State of Texas; to establish and maintain minimum requirements for membership; to confer membership designations to properly qualified appraisers; and to provide and maintain an organization that serves the needs of its members.
