Vidya Ramachandran is a career coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator with almost 20 years of experience across various industries - Pharma/Healthcare, Financial Services, International Development - and fields, including science, finance administration, marketing, market research, strategy development. She believes that every woman has the right to choose and succeed in a career that is a fit for them. And as someone who has gone through the process herself, Vidya supports women in navigating through any cultural, societal or familial beliefs that may be holding them back from creating careers & lives they love. Vidya earned her MS in Marketing with a focus in Social Psychology, her MBA in International Management and her BA in Chemistry.
