BioBee is a unique company, founded in 1983 at Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu in Israel. A pioneer in the biologically-based integrated pest Management (IPM) as well as natural pollination in Israel, BioBee is now a world leader. BioBee produces beneficial insects and mites for agricultural purposes. These organisms include natural enemies for integrated biological pest control, bumblebees for natural pollination, and sterile males of the Mediterranean fruit fly. BioBee USA, a subsidiary, was established in 2017 with headquarters in Atlanta and technical sales representatives throughout the United States. We specialize in the development and application of beneficial insects and mites as an alternative to chemical pesticides, creating environmentally friendly solutions to plant protection and pollination problems in agricultural crops around the globe. BioBee's products serve both conventional and organic growers. They constitute an indispensable component in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), which aims at reducing the use of harsh chemical pesticides. IPM is at the forefront of modern agriculture and is an effective method to reduce chemical residues, and prevent the development of pesticide resistance. Biobee's products are implemented in Israel and abroad in thousands of hectares of greenhouses and open fields. We aim to create healthy and advanced agricultural practices for the benefit of the environment, the grower and the consumer. We develop and apply novel and creative technologies to address agricultural challenges. We faithfully serve our growers by providing them continuous professional technical support throughout the growing season. BioBee, Inspired by nature.
