Center for Spiritual Living - Seattle
www.spiritualliving.orgCSL – The Center for Spiritual Living honors all paths to God. CSL Seattle is an inter-generational, not-your-usual church, that was started in 1921. We provide a great place for “the rest of us” who are looking to connect with God/Higher Power/Universal Presence, but don’t really fit in with any one religion. Though we celebrate age-old spiritual traditions from around the world, our message and delivery are modern and down to Earth. So relax, have fun, and look around – chances are you’ll see people just like you. VISION: A welcoming spiritual community; a force for Good in the world. MISSION: Teaching Universal Spiritual Principles that Inspire and Empower. The early 1900’s marked the emergence of New Thought philosophy and its first churches in America. Seattle was no exception and Netta Holmes was a serious student and advocate. More than anything she wanted a church and in 1921 she came across a building in downtown Seattle and said “this is the place.” That small building became the first home of the Seattle Center for Constructive Thinking which today is known as the Center for Spiritual Living. From this beginning many generations of spiritual seekers built a foundation for us to become who we are today a robust, passionate, loving and involved community. Going strong for over 90 years! Come visit! We are at 5801 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle WA 98105 Got a question? Email: Info@SpiritualLiving.org or call 206-527-8801
