Ocean Avenue Capital is an independent private equity firm based in Santa Monica, California. We formed the firm in an effort to provide our investors access to interesting private equity investment opportunities. Our investment focus is inefficient markets, as defined by either the size or the complexity of the transactions. We believe these markets are largely underserved by private equity investors and offer both the most numerous opportunities and the best risk-adjusted returns. We partner with sponsors to invest in small businesses and/or complex situations. Our goal is to be a reliable and value-added source of institutional capital to high-quality investment managers who possess “more ideas than capital.”
