STARKids strives to support the children who are patients of solid organ and tissue transplants. The volunteers, who donate their time to establish, promote and maintain this organization, are parents of children who have received an organ transplant. Our volunteers and board members understand and empathize with aspects of living through the ongoing and uphill battle of the transplant journey.
