The Florida Adult Day Services Association (FADSA) is the leader and voice of adult day services in the State of Florida. Established in 1983, the FADSA unites adult day centers across Florida by providing leadership, advocacy, education and the advancement of adult day services. Adult Day Service Centers are designed to offer care and companionship to older adults who need assistance or supervision during the day. Adult Day Services (ADS) strive to keep participants positive, function at optimum levels, and give caregivers a break from their daily responsibilities. ADS is the largest growing option allowing caregivers to continue their employment, and is less costly than facilities and home health.
